Description
The Metro C569-SFS-LPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid insulated doors for optimal temperature retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it is both robust and easy to clean. The unit is fitted with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
