Description
The Metro C569-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access and visibility. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. With a universal wire capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
