Description
The Metro C569L-SDC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for easy visibility and access. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans with its 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
