Description
The Metro C569L-SDC-LPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one Dutch double pane tempered glass door and one Dutch solid door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet's capacity accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, with two featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
