Description
The Metro C569L-SDS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid Dutch doors and a robust insulated construction, ensuring efficient heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
