Description
The Metro C569L-SDS-LPDC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid Dutch door and one double-pane tempered glass Dutch door, allowing for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it offers precise temperature management with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 34 full-size 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet operates at 120V/60/1-ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
