Description
The Metro C569L-SDS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid Dutch doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with a universal wire capacity for either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The adjustable wire slides allow for flexible storage configurations. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is both sturdy and easy to clean. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is compliant with cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, making it an efficient choice for any kitchen environment.
