Description
The Metro C569L-SFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features a durable, insulated construction with double-pane tempered glass doors for easy visibility. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with its 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this unit is built to last. It operates on 120V/60/1-ph power, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
