Description
The Metro C569L-SFC-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable storage. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
