Description
The Metro C569L-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid insulated doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. The advanced ducted heating system maintains a consistent temperature range from 70°F to 200°F, ensuring your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. With a lip load capacity for up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, it includes 1-1/2" wire slides for efficient organization. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The Metro C569L-SFS-L is cULus and NSF certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
