Description
The Metro C569L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid insulated doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, including either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable storage. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus and NSF certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it an excellent choice for commercial kitchens.
