Description
The Metro C569L-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access and visibility. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. With a universal wire capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
