The Metro C585-SFC-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with tempered double-pane glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to transport within your kitchen or service area. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
