Description
The Metro C585-SFC-UPFC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is equipped with insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
