Description
The Metro C585-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring a C5™ 8 Series controlled temperature system, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface for precise adjustments. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door for easy access and visibility. With a capacity to hold either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the universal wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, allowing for versatile storage options. The cabinet is built with durable 304 stainless steel and is mobile, supported by 5" casters for easy maneuverability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability. Proudly made in the USA, this heated cabinet is an essential addition to any commercial kitchen.
