The Metro C585-SFS-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. This 1/2 height cabinet features advanced C5™ 8 Series technology with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface for precise temperature management. It is insulated and equipped with solid doors to maintain heat effectively. The cabinet has a generous capacity, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing. Built for mobility, it includes durable 5" casters for easy transport. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, this cabinet ensures durability and ease of cleaning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The Metro C585-SFS-L meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any kitchen environment.
