This half-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with double-pane tempered glass doors, ensuring excellent heat retention and visibility. With a capacity for (8) 18" x 26" pans arranged 3" on center, it efficiently holds a variety of food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and maneuverability in busy kitchens.
