The Metro C585L-SFC-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with tempered double-pane glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat retention. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to transport within your kitchen or service area. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
