Description
The Metro C585L-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and includes one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door for easy access. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with 5" casters for mobility, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is designed for efficiency and reliability. The Metro C585L-SFC-UPFS is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
