The Metro C585L-SFS-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors, ensuring efficient heat retention. It has a generous capacity for (8) 18" x 26" pans, arranged with 3" on center spacing for easy access. The cabinet is built from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, allowing for effortless movement. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an eco-friendly choice.
