The Metro C585L-SFS-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors to maintain heat effectively. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is built for mobility with 5" casters, allowing easy transport. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet is also ENERGY STAR® rated, ensuring energy efficiency.
