Description
The Metro C585L-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door, allowing for visibility and accessibility. With a capacity to hold either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the universal wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, providing flexibility for various food items. The cabinet is built with durable 304 stainless steel and is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
