The Metro C585L-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors for enhanced heat retention. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to transport within your kitchen or service area. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward electrical connection. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
