The Metro C587-SFC-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface for precise temperature management. This 3/4 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with double-pane tempered glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat retention. With a generous capacity of 29 pans measuring 18" x 26", arranged at 1-1/2" on center, it is ideal for holding a variety of food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
