Description
The Metro C587-SFS-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise adjustments. This 3/4 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors, ensuring efficient heat retention. It has a generous capacity for (29) 18" x 26" pans, arranged with 1-1/2" on center spacing. The cabinet is mounted on durable 5" casters for easy mobility. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, made in the USA, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
