Description
The Metro C587-SFS-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This 3/4 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors to maintain heat effectively. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with a 3" center spacing. The cabinet is built for mobility with 5" casters and constructed from durable 304 stainless steel. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets NEMA 5-20P standards and is certified by cULus and NSF. Proudly made in the USA, this cabinet is also ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
