This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with durable Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat retention. With a generous capacity of 35 pans measuring 18" x 26", arranged at 1-1/2" on center, it is ideal for high-volume food service operations. The cabinet is constructed from 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
