The Metro C589-SDC-LPDC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. This full-height cabinet is equipped with insulated, Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors that provide visibility while maintaining heat retention. With a generous capacity of (17) 18" x 26" pans arranged on 3" centers, it efficiently accommodates a variety of food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, allowing for easy repositioning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets.
