The Metro C589-SDC-UPDC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. This full-height cabinet is equipped with insulated, Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors that provide visibility while maintaining heat retention. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for 3" on center spacing. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It is mobile, supported by 5" casters for easy maneuverability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug for compatibility. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality.
