The Metro C589-SDC-UPDS is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and comes equipped with one dutch double pane tempered glass door and one dutch solid door for easy access. The cabinet offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with 3" on center spacing. It is built with durable 304 stainless steel for long-lasting performance and features 5" casters for easy mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, the cabinet is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
