The Metro C589-SDS-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid dutch doors for enhanced heat retention. It has a generous capacity, accommodating up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with a 1-1/2" on-center spacing. The cabinet is built with durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It rolls smoothly on 5" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, reflecting its efficiency and commitment to sustainability.
