The Metro C589-SDS-LPDC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring a C5™ 8 Series controlled temperature system, it is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface for precise adjustments. This full-height cabinet is insulated and includes one solid Dutch door and one double-pane tempered glass Dutch door for easy access and visibility. With a generous capacity of 17 pans measuring 18" x 26" arranged on 3" centers, it efficiently accommodates a variety of food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with 5" casters for mobility, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug for compatibility. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring it is safe and reliable for commercial use.
