This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid dutch doors for easy access and energy efficiency. It has a generous capacity, accommodating up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing. The cabinet is built from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, allowing for effortless movement. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets.
