The Metro C589-SDS-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid dutch doors for enhanced heat retention. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with a 3" on center configuration. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, reflecting its efficiency and commitment to sustainability.
