This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with double-pane tempered glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat retention. With a generous capacity of (36) 18" x 26" pans arranged at 1-1/2" on center, it is ideal for high-volume food service operations. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-20P outlets. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality.
