Description
The Metro C589-SFC-LPFS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for efficient temperature-controlled food holding. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru model is insulated for optimal heat retention and includes one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door for easy access. It accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans with a 3" on center configuration. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 5" casters for mobility. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
