Description
The Metro C589-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and includes one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door for easy access. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with 5" casters for mobility, making it easy to transport between locations. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards. Proudly made in the USA, the Metro C589-SFC-UPFS is an ideal solution for maintaining food quality and temperature in busy kitchen environments.
