Description
The Metro C589-SFS-L is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise adjustments. This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid doors, ensuring efficient heat retention. It has a generous capacity of (36) 18" x 26" pans, arranged with 1-1/2" on center spacing for easy access. The cabinet is built from durable 304 stainless steel and is mounted on 5" casters for effortless mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, made in the USA, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
