The Metro C589-SFS-LPFS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for efficient temperature-controlled food holding. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru model is equipped with insulated solid doors for optimal heat retention and easy access from both sides. It accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans with a 3" on center configuration, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. It operates on 120V/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is fitted with 5" casters for mobility.
