The Metro C589-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and equipped with one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access and visibility. The cabinet offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans or 36 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with 3" on center spacing. Mobility is enhanced by durable 5" casters, allowing for easy transport within your kitchen or service area. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It operates on a 120V/60/1-ph power supply, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards.
