The Metro C589-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for efficient temperature-controlled food holding. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru model is equipped with insulated solid doors for optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with 3" on center spacing. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, allowing for easy transport within your kitchen or service area. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug.
