Description
The Metro C589L-SDC-LPDS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru model is insulated for energy efficiency and equipped with one dutch double pane tempered glass door and one dutch solid door for easy access from both sides. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with a 3" on center configuration. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability. Proudly made in the USA, this heated cabinet is ideal for maintaining food quality in busy kitchens.
