Description
The Metro C589L-SDC-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat retention. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
