The Metro C589L-SDS-LPDS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for efficient temperature control and easy access. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru cabinet is equipped with solid dutch doors for convenient loading and unloading from both sides. It has a generous capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, arranged with 3" on center spacing. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for mobility and operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this product is proudly made in the USA, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
