The Metro C589L-SDS-UPDC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and comes equipped with one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door, allowing for easy access and visibility. The cabinet offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with 3" on center spacing. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
