Description
The Metro C589L-SDS-UPDS is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring a C5™ 8 Series design, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is insulated and equipped with solid dutch doors for easy access. With a generous capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
