The Metro C589L-SFC-U is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring the advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This full-height cabinet is constructed with insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments with a 3" on center configuration. The cabinet is equipped with durable 5" casters for easy mobility, making it ideal for various kitchen environments. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
