The Metro C589L-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. This pass-thru cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and equipped with one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access and visibility. The cabinet accommodates a versatile capacity of either 18 standard 18" x 26" pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to transport within your kitchen or service area. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial environment.
