Description
The Metro C589L-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring advanced C5™ 8 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise temperature management. This pass-thru cabinet is equipped with solid, insulated doors for enhanced heat retention and energy efficiency. It offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
