Description
The Metro C593L-SFS-U is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it offers controlled humidity to maintain food quality. The 6.8" touch-screen controls provide easy operation and precise settings. This cabinet accommodates up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in storage. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes an insulated solid door for energy efficiency. The unit is equipped with 3" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
